1️⃣ Order Completion & Pickup

Once your order is completed, you will receive a digital key card and instructions on where to pick up your metal print.

⚠️ Important Handling Information

• The metal print is very thin, so please handle with care.
• It will be bubble wrapped for protection, but take extra precautions during transport.
• Do not leave the print in excessive heat.

🚚 Delivery Option

If you are unable to pick up your print, we can arrange a local courier delivery for an additional cost.

📝 Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

• Once the product leaves our possession, all risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer.
• By accepting the product, the customer waives, releases, and discharges our business, owners, employees, and agents from any claims.

❌ No Refund / No Replacement

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued once the order is completed and the product released.
